Nottingham Central Mosque (Islamic Centre Nottingham)

Nottingham's central and largest mosque, originally established in 1976 and opened in 1992. The mosque not only serves as a place for daily and Friday prayers but is also an important educational and cultural center for the Muslim community. It runs a primary madrasah with about 200 students, evening classes, Urdu courses, and online Quran reading courses. It also provides services for marriages, funerals, and religious gatherings. In addition to daily prayers, the mosque hosts important events and conferences featuring world-renowned speakers on Islamic issues.

Nottingham Central Mosque is located in the St. Ann's area, near the city center. This area is known for its diversity and rich culture.

As one of the founders of the Nottingham Council of Mosques (NCM), the mosque actively participates in uniting the Muslim community and representing its interests at the city level.
